Close to the Grand Canyon and easy access to shuttle bus services. The in-room amenities were decent. Check-in was a hassle, staff were vague about directions to rooms. Bike tours were available nearby which was nice for exploring. Wi-Fi was poor and caused issues during our stay.

The Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel offers a great location, just a short drive from the park. The room size is generous and clean, featuring attractive granite countertops. I encountered some service issues and maintenance concerns that could use attention for a better overall experience.

Location is perfect, just minutes from the Grand Canyon. The indoor hot tub was a nice spot to relax after hiking. Room was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. Dining options were decent, but the restaurant prices felt high. Would recommend for easy access to walking tours and bike rides.

The hotel had a lovely atrium and clean rooms, but a few hiccups stood out. One friend loved the hot tub, but another found the pool in the second building dirty. The cocktails are pricey and might leave you shocked the next morning. My room felt warm and cramped despite being listed as queen-sized. The bathroom exhaust was more of a suggestion with its missing vent. Navigating to the hot tub outside in the cold wasn’t ideal either. Beautiful surroundings and good breakfast, but the experience lacked the comfort I'd hoped for.

Man, the check-in was a hassle. The staff seemed less than thrilled to help, and it was awkward dragging our bags through multiple buildings when we could've easily driven. Just felt like they couldn't be bothered to assist us.

Staying here was fantastic because it’s just outside the Grand Canyon park entrance, making it super easy to walk to amazing spots like the Grand Canyon IMAX Theater that's only a few steps away and Bright Angel History Room which is just a short stroll from the hotel; plus, with friendly staff and spacious rooms, we felt right at home while enjoying the pool and jacuzzi after our daily adventures, but the restaurant could definitely offer more variety in healthy options.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for the ceremony. The large banquet hall was beautifully decorated and had a great atmosphere for our celebration.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was still reasonable for the quality we received.

The restaurant on site serves a decent breakfast. The staff is friendly and very helpful with tips for exploring the area.
I got lost in the dark because the hotel is hard to spot.

The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring! I absolutely loved the spacious garden area for walking my doggo. The friendly staff made our experience even sweeter!
Would definitely recommend 🥰🌟

The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely indoor balcony overlooking the hot tub pool. the double bed mattresses were old and squeaky, causing disturbing noise with even the slightest movement, which led to restless nights. Temperature control was adequate, keeping the room warm despite the cold outside. The carpet had some dirty spots, especially where we moved the bed. The hotel’s atmosphere was enjoyable, but the noise level and mattress condition significantly impacted our comfort during the stay. Staff interactions varied; some were pleasant while others were less accommodating.

A lovely setting, ideally situated just a mile from the Grand Canyon. Spacious rooms create a relaxing atmosphere. The standout? The incredible staff. Suzie at the door counter is invaluable. She provided tips that truly enhanced my experience. the mattresses were a significant drawback—old and squeaky, causing sleepless nights. The dining options fell short; breakfast felt limited given the price. Staff interactions varied; some were welcoming, but others lacked warmth. Rooms were not as advertised; smaller than expected with cleanliness concerns. The coffee machine was unreliable, and the gap under the door invited cold air. With some improvements, this could be a remarkable place to stay.

Great location and clean rooms. Parking could be better; off-site feels inconvenient.

The guide was dope, dropping knowledge bombs on us about the region's history. We saw the Canyon like never before, all while jamming to the coolest tunes. The lake activities were lit AF, offering mad fun for us young party animals.
Wish they had a raging nightlife scene for young peeps like us.

We appreciated the convenient location and the helpful staff at the restaurants, especially Susie who gave us great food recommendations. The large covered atrium was a nice touch, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. there were some drawbacks. Our room lacked ironing facilities, which was disappointing as we had wrinkled clothes from traveling. The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy and seemed to be shared with the neighboring room, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The hot tub and swimming pool both needed better cleaning, and the room cleanliness left much to be desired. We had to disinfect the bathroom ourselves before using it. the hotel's layout was inconvenient, with separate buildings for the pool and gym, forcing us to drive to access facilities in the cold weather. The unfriendly staff were not helpful, especially during our honeymoon trip where we could have used extra assistance. The lack of a continental breakfast and the need to drive between buildings were also significant inconveniences.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved the suite layout with a separate living room, two sinks, and two AC units, perfect for families. Plus, the hot tub was a relaxing treat after a day of exploring the nearby Grand Canyon. We also appreciated the convenient location within walking distance to various restaurants.
The hotel's entrance and parking setup were a bit confusing, making check, in a hassle. The noise and layout of the rooms felt hostel, like, and the unpleasant smell of the pool area was off, putting.

Celebrated Easter with a fantastic stay! The suite was top-notch, with a spacious living area and a relaxing hot tub in the indoor spa - perfect for unwinding after a day at the Grand Canyon. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's proximity to both the Grand Canyon and Williams made exploring the area a breeze.
Our room's location near the boiler room meant we could hear loud noises when laundry carts were moved, disrupting the peace. The restaurant and lounge experience left something to be desired, with unfriendly staff and subpar food quality.

I was thrilled by the aerial view of the canyon on the helicopter tour and delighted by the French Toast at JJK's. The IMAX Theater was impressive. The room's mattress was softer than a marshmallow; can't resist sleeping on clouds! .

We had a splendid time at Grand Canyon Plaza. the room was clean, comfortable and a good size, and the quiet environment made for a relaxing stay. the location was convenient for easy transportation options, with the National Park just a short distance away. the hotel's restaurant had good prices and many options, and the availability of lifts made it convenient for all guests.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊

Our family had an incredible full, day tour of the Grand Canyon led by an engaging guide. The expert shared captivating insights on the geology and natural history of the region, making the experience both educational and awe, inspiring. Viewing this natural wonder from the 12, passenger van was truly unforgettable.
My kids wished for more kid, friendly activities in the area.

The location was very convenient, just 5 minutes away from the Grand Canyon. The hotel had a beautiful inner courtyard with a restaurant, bar, and hot tub surrounded by luxurious trees and plants. My room had 2 sinks, a full-length mirror, and good storage space. The servers at the restaurant were great. I'll recommend this hotel overall.

Staying at a hotel as a woman traveling alone, I had a decent experience at this place. The room and amenities were suitable, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi in public areas and the on-site car park. The 24-hour reception and 24-hour security provided a sense of safety, and the bar/lounge and restaurant were convenient for meals. The location was perfect, close to the Grand Canyon shuttle stop and surrounded by other restaurants for dinner.
The towels had an unpleasant smell, and the internet didn't work well when the hotel was full. These were minor inconveniences, but worth mentioning.
